So about this bundle, the armor doesn't look very cool because they used the female model for the pics whereas this is an extremely bulky, masculine-coded armor. So with the male model it will look as cool as all this armor's other colors, which are super-cool.

Problem is we use this armor for the Medic Master Chief, so I'd rather not use it for anything else even though it's perfect for the pirates, not to mention the matching Shiv. However we'll probably get some new heavy Medic armor in the future, so I can see us switching to this for Pirate Master Chief or Frontier (new spec) Master Chief eventually. It's one of the coolest armors in the game.

The paint looks very similar to the default Alpha Wolf paint, but with an exposed carbon fiber finish.

The silver Monde will be our Security Master Chief. Not sure what we can do with the carbon fiber version. The gun and the paint will be usable by multiple specs of course. We'll see what we can do with the armor. I suppose a future black Commander could use it as his personalized Security Master Chief. Keep in mind also that the Security Spec is what we'll also use in bases for security when base-building comes in.

So regarding this bundle, it's great, and perfect for Adjudicator's faction. I'll try to grab it at the end of the year when they all go on sale again.

It's only really he who needs one. Anyone else who gets it will only get to use it rarely, as Adjudicator's bodyguards.

Bought the Redline bundle because the base Tailwind suit's hands and feet are bugged for the moment. Forgot I also have the Twitch drop suit, but whatever. I wanted this bundle eventually anyway, so I am keeping it.

This guy gets it! Remember when, in The Way of The Cult, I said I want to play Star Citizen as if it's first-person Dune 2? We're there now, with Baron Harkonnen going to personally deal with the trouble in his city!

Exactly: boss fight. The boss wears this armor, whether he's the fireteam leader, or better yet a faction leader in the special silver version.

So this, like all silver and gold gear, is exclusive to Supreme Commanders. shubn can wear it to Siege of Orison 2.0 if he wants. He isn't Stanton's SupCom, but he is Nyx's, so it's part of his gear and he can use it wherever, and certainly in his home city.

It's a great kit for the SupCom because it's the thickest armor in the game. And if the enemies somehow get close, that's the biggest handheld gun in the game.

The boss in Siege of Orison 2.0 has the purple Nine Tails version btw, and I want it for the Emperor, so that would be our number one looting goal.

Launched alongside Orison Relief Support, this pack is the SECOND Warbond bundle released this month. Why are they doing two? Because as I said months ago when they decided to lay off the monthly mission content drops, their funding will nosedive without them. It took a few months for this prediction to be validated, due to inertia, but in the last couple of months it's become obvious, and now they're hustling to make up the difference. And since monthly mission drops can't just be reinstated without advance planning, they're just straight-up launching pay-to-win kits AND with cool criminal-coded aesthetics that they know everyone loves despite the homos in the community and writing teams doing everything they can to demean them and keep them away from players. What a fucking clusterfuck lol.

Nine Tails Shogun Pack

Emerging from the aftermath of the Siege of Orison, this collection bears the unmistakable markings of the infamous Nine Tails, featuring a heavily modified power suit, weapons, armor, and matching paint for the Drake Cutlass. It's perfect in every way. The Artimex medium armor as a perfect armor for riding the IKTI so you get both the IKTI's power and the Artimex's faster movement when you jump out of it, the IKTI itself, the weapons, all with the japanese skin, and even a matching Cutlass paint so you can load your IKTI onto it.



And this IKTI is OP compared to every version you can get in-game (there are already detailed comparisons on Reddit), AND the only way to get an account-bound IKTI so you don't have to hunt for it in-game and lose it to wipes or bugs. I wonder if you can use the normal paints on it? That would be perfect as then we'd be able to use it for all kinds of ops, not just when the Emperor is present. At any rate, the japanese skin is Emperor-coded due to all the purple, so if you get it you can use it when the Emperor is personally leading a mission.

It has a hefty pricetag compared to the monthly Warbonds, but you DO get a vehicle with it, unlike the all-skin monthly packs, so I think it's a fair enough price.

I was debating getting it but shubn gifted it to me before I could make up my mind, so thanks for that! And he got one for himself too, so we have two of them. IF the IKTIs can use the regular paints, it means we can have two IKTIs to bring along to pretty much any op that needs them, without having to dick around with Wikelo etc. So I am very happy about that and looking forward to using them as soon as possible. I'll also post the stat comparisons soon in an IKTI thread. I wonder if they'll make e.g. Storm Breaker more doable for us. Probably not, because of the lacking rad protection, so we should still need the IKTI RAD for it. But we'll see. Something tells me that the new missions on Nyx I later this year will need the extra firepower...
